Thanks for being patient. I’m still trying to figure out how to update my website. It’s not intuitive work for me, and the directions I get from other people never look the same when I try to follow through on them. It’s very frustrating. So I’m looking for a website administrator to take over that task, someone to check for changes once a month and make an update now and then. Nothing especially onerous for a techie kind of person but VERY trying for me. I’ll try to keep posting helpful reminders and updates about my website until I locate that (incredibly special) person.
One of the chores to be done right now is to update 9 of the 15 book covers that currently show on my site. Sounds easy enough, but it’s not. So until I’ve figured out how to accomplish that update, please remember that you can click on any book in the “Hasley’s Bookstore” tab, even those that still show outdated covers, and be magically whisked away to Amazon where you can view the true, real, and actual book cover. You won’t be disappointed when you do so. I’m pleased with the new covers – I just wish I could figure out how to display them on my website.
Also, though I’ve mentioned this before…do not use the contact form on the website home page. I don’t know where those messages go, I only know where they don’t go: to me. But you can contact me by using the contact form at the bottom of any of my blog posts or by sending your comment directly to karen@karenhasley.com. That works especially well.
I may not be a very competent website administrator, but I write good books. So visit my website any time or check out my books on Amazon. If you read the plot summaries and page through the reviews, I know you’ll find at least one book to whet your reader’s appetite and carry you into the dark days of winter.
